LMT Custom Homes LLC is a partner in the ENERGY STAR qualified new homes program. In 2012 we built a total of six Energy Certified Houses equivalent to saving 27,864 lbs of CO2 or and saved by planting and growing 324 coniferous trees for 10 years. We prewire our houses for future audio and video home distribution systems, and wired or wireless networks. We stay knowledgeable about and encourage the use of energy conserving building materials and techniques. We are Certified Green Professionals by the National Association of Homebuilders. Examples of our standard energy conserving methods include: 15.0 SEAR American Standard air conditioning units, ENERGY STAR certified Anderson wood windows with Low-E Glazing.
